February Fourier Talks 2015

Significant progress on quantization has taken place over the past decade, and much of it has happened in parallel to the development of compressive sampling. This talk will be about a renewed theory of noise-shaping quantization and how it has led to the design of near-optimal algorithms for a variety of quantization problems.
